VOLUNTEER

Want to be a part of the
6th Annual
Cupcake & Craft Beer Festival?

Working at the festival has some great perks! Volunteers get a T-shirt, a drinking cup, pizza, beer, and our heartfelt thanks. It’s a great time and benefits a great cause.

We also love to work with non-profit volunteer groups! If your organization or team would like to volunteer as a fundraiser, we can arrange to make a donation to your group, based on how many volunteers you provide.

If interested, send an email telling us about your group, how many folks you believe you can supply to work the 6 hour shift, and we’ll get back to you.

Thank you for considering volunteering for the 6th Annual Cupcake & Craft Beer Fest being held Saturday April 15, 2022 indoors at the Mylan Park Community Center in Morgantown, WV. Our goal is to showcase regionally brewed craft beer as well as promote and strengthen one of WV’s most rapidly growing industries through interaction and education. Some of our finest confectionary food vendors and craft artisans will be on hand to showcase their wares as well. Volunteers are needed for:

  • setting up the event
  • processing festival attendees
  • assisting brewers & vendors
  • distributing ice to the breweries and in some cases clean up
  • tearing down the event

Volunteers each receive:

  • free event t-shirt
  • commemorative cup to take home

Volunteers must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Valid Photo I.D. is required at the door. No exceptions! All volunteers are asked to check in upon arriving and out at the end of their shift at the volunteer registration area. Volunteers are not permitted to sample beer prior to or during their shift. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the form below. The Volunteer Coordinator will confirm your application, inform you of your shift hours and follow up with you as the event date draws near. We appreciate your interest in helping to make this event a success!
